Q1: Where is your company? How can I place an order?
A: Our company is located at Wanjia Community, Jiujiang Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu,China. 

Local customers can directly come to our factory for inspection and place orders. Customers in different places can place orders at nearby distributors, while those without distributors can place orders online.

Q2: How long is your production lead time?
A: Generally our production cycle is 10-15 days depending on the degree of complexity and quantity of the orders. You can also inquire about the product stock if you are in urgent need.

Q3: Will you be responsible for installation and delivery?
A: It is based on your requirement.

Q4: How to sign the contract?
A: We will make the product sales contract as long as you confirm the product you want to buy.

And then we will email, fax or express the documents according to your needs, which will finally come into effect after being signed by both sides.

Q5: What about your after-sales service?
A: We have a professional after-sales service team, our company is committed to provide one-year warranty and lifelong maintenance service for any medical devices sold. 

Within the warranty period, we promise to work out the maintenance plan within one working day after receiving the quality complaint. 

And for any quality issues occurred after the one year warranty, we will only charge the cost of components for the maintenance, exempt the technical service and maintenance costs.
